We Love Having Visitors!

When Timmy and I moved out to Michigan, we didn't think that a lot of people would come and visit us. We knew that both of our parents would, but besides that we didn't expect to see anyone else. Luckily we were wrong!

Our first visitors were Timmy's parents they have come out a total of three times! The first time they came they brought apples from their orchard and made applesauce for us. The second time they came we had just moved across the street and they helped us unpack the house, revamped our whole backyard and made curtains. And when they came to Grant's baby blessing Timmy's dad took out the cat smelling carpet on the stairs and replaced it. We love it when they come, and it isn't because we put them to work!

Nicole was another visitor. She came right after Grant was born and stayed a week. She was truly a lifesavor, I don't know what I would have done without her. Everyday she would take Zach outside and make his every dream and wish come true, then she would listen to my little breakdowns and help me get through them. She kept the house sparkling clean, and was just a delight in every way. I look back on that week and have the best memories.

Then we had my cousin Kyle come and Timmy's brother Adam come on the same day! Kyle stayed for a total of 12 hours and Adam could only stay for 24 hours. But it was the funnest visit. We ate at Outback Steakhouse, played Sequence afterwards. The next day Timmy and Adam tried to make a air balloon, which unfortunately didn't work. We loved seeing them, thanks for making the effort of coming to see us.

Lucky Grandma and Grandpa came to visit us at the end of October. And even though it was a rainy week and they had missed the autumn leaves. We still had a blast, going to the pumpkin patch, seeing Michigan State, and our favorite part was cooking together and bedtime stories!

Our last visitor was Collette, she stayed with us a total of ten days! It was delightful. We went to Kirtland, saw several lakes, went to the zoo and just had so much fun together. She left on Wednesday, and we all miss her so much.

Thank you so much for coming out to see us! We are grateful for our wonderful family.
